A couple weeks ago, my daughter told me she would make me a video for mother's day. Anything I wanted, just name the tune and give her a general gist. Well, I think she was expecting a silly send up of Doctor Who or Torchwood but I went and got all serious on her. I've had the song "Scarlet Tide" stuck in my head for days and as Memorial Day approaches and her Iraqi friend from school faces returning home to Baghdad, I pitched her my idea.
Here is my Mother's Day present.
