You look FANTASTIC! What a change. I'm feeling the need to look in your archives to see the modifications you did to your eating...Wasn't it yesterday that you started thaT!?!
I started on May 28th 2008. I used my-calorie-counter.com and I counted every calorie I took in and every calorie I burned. I tried to keep a 1000 calorie deficit everyday although some days it was only around 600. I also got active and started thinking about how what I was eating made me feel. Now, when I eat something that would have been "normal" for me back then, I get a stomach ache and feel like crap.
That is truly awesome. :-) The lifestyle change, AND the sweater! (And yes, I definitely see a David Tennant resemblance. haha) Way to go!
